The ROC(M) is a Canadian Federal Government issued certificate that allows you to
operate a marine VHF radio.
The ROC(M) is required by anyone using a marine VHF radio or other marine radios.
Every person on the boat who will use the radio needs their own card.

There is a video, a VHF-DSC simulator which may be installed on your PC, review questions and 2 practice
exams. We would get together for about a 45 minute review and then you would take the exam.
